Old Business

After much discussion on the options for the newsletter it was decided that we will continue to have the minutes and current events on the website.  Cheryl Braget has agreed to do this for us.  Mary Greene will also mail hard copies for now and we encourage all members and sponsors to check the website for information on the calendar, pictures etc.   If we got the word out to all members and sponsors to use the website we could eventually discontinue all mailings.  There will be more discussion and a vote at the next meeting.  Reminder… the website address is:  www.hiawathalandcorvette.com!

Mike Corbin had information on renewing the club status with the Secretary of State.  There would be a $35.00 fee.  Bill Greene also had LOTS of information to go through from the Midwest Region and K & K insurance.  Ron Fuller made a motion to proceed with the Secretary of State to get the club formally reinstated and explore joining the NCCC to gain insurance.  Bill Greene seconded the motion.  The motion carried.
